Grilled Vegetables with Lime-Cilantro Butter (or Promise spread) Recipe

First, Melt Promise spread on medium in large saucepan and then immediately remove from heat. Mix in the cilantro, lime peel, and lime juice and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
Second, place diced vegetables on baking sheet. Brush all with the Promise Butter mixture, except the corn and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
Finally, place all vegetables, except the corn, on the grill over medium heat. Grill the vegetables until slightly charred on each side, applying one coat of the Promise spread. Grilling should take about 10 minutes. Remove the vegetables and grill the corn until almost tender, apply Promise spread and kosher salt as needed. Place the vegetables and corn on dishes for serving.
