Lobster with Charmoula Butter Recipe

First, fill a large pot with two inches of water. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil. Add the lobsters head first and cook for 12 minutes. The shells should become pink.
Second, melt the margarine spread in a skillet over medium heat and add the pressed garlic. Sauté the buttery mixture for 1 minute and add the remaining ingredients to the skillet.
Finally, divide the buttery mixture between two small bowls and serve with the lobsters.
